Finding the beauty in your story, together...
As a therapist, I am dedicated to helping children and adults achieve total wholeness and find peace without judgment of their experience or story.
As a public speaker, I am aware of cultural and economic differences that are often present in the room, so I am committed to presenting therapeutic information that is applicable to everyone's individual needs.
As a group leader, my goal is to recognize the individual therapeutic needs in the group while promoting growth, understanding, and healing within the group as a whole.
Send a message to let me know you are interested in me leading a public speaking event or group in your space.

I am a licensed marriage and family therapist and child mental health specialist in Washington State, a licensed marriage and family therapist in the State of California, and a licensed marriage and family therapist in the State of Oregon. I provide individual therapy for adults and children, family therapy, and couples therapy. I am also an AAMFT Approved Supervisor. I received my Doctor of Social Work degree from the University of Southern California, MA in Couples and Family Therapy from Seattle University, BA in Psychology from Brandman University.
I generally work from a Narrative and Reality Therapy perspective to assist the client with finding meaning, seeing the identified problem outside of themselves, and making clear choices for their life. I also use Bowen Family Systems Theory when working with families. I use interventions from other system theories to meet the unique needs of the children and families that I see. I am passionate about providing care for all people regardless of their background or economic status. I would love to hear your story and be part of your journey to peace and wholeness.
I enjoy public speaking and leading groups on topics ranging from cultural identity to child and parent relationship issues. I am an Assistant Clinical Professor at Seattle University in the Couples and Family Therapy Program, where I enjoy teaching and supervising clinical students.
